I found them!
OMG I love this outfit!
Sweetness
He got a bottle while we were there. A bottle of something.
Dave, Mom and I recently took a trip to Virginia Beach to visit Henry’s Great-granma. We were celebrating Granma’s 29th birthday by bringing her a fabulous gift: Henry.
We also had a great birthday dinner at Isle of Capri. YUMMY.
Here are some of my favorite pictures, but you can see all of them by clicking here.
Our little Henry is 6 months old, can you believe it? Here are his vital statistics.
- 17 pounds, 4 ounces (45%)
- 26″ long (34%)
- 17″ head circumference (42%)
He is a bit of a chatterbox when he wants to be, talking mostly when he’s tired. He can sit upright on his own, though he’ll topple if left unattended.
He does sit up well in his high chair, and that’s good because he’s started solid foods. His menu includes rice cereal, oat cereal, wheat cereal, apples, pears and carrots. (We just started only recently so we still have a lot of fun, new food to try.) He has two lower teeth, the better with which to eat his new and exciting food.
He’s an experienced world traveler with three flights already under his belt. He’s been to Ohio and Virginia already, and is destined for Texas in the near future.
Oh, and he is quite possibly the cutest baby in the world.
Check out Henry’s two teeth. He is such a big boy!
If you listen closely, you might hear the sound of Henry blowing a raspberry.
Look at these teeth about to erupt in Henry’s mouth!
(They’re the white lumps in his jawbone on the right-hand side of his mouth.)
The first solid foods that babies eat is typically rice ceral. It’s basically like oatmeal, and you can mix it with breastmilk, water or milk.
Henry had his first taste of rice cereal last weekend! The whole eating experience is pretty new for babies, who have to learn how to control their tongue in an entire new way. So since then, he’s been experimenting with his tongue - too cute and more pictures of that to come!
And a video:
How soon will he be asking for the keys?
Fun, separate gifts from Leslie and Ed.
My aunt went to the Grand Canyon and all I got was this cute t-shirt!
