But it could be a nice thing, assuming the driver doesn’t step out of the car saying “Have you heard the Good Word?” I could see it as an invitation to talk and maybe get some questions answered.

I guess it depends on the intent and motivation of the owner.

It’s also, but moreso, expression. However, Christians are taught to witness and set a Christian example. Displaying our faith on our cars is a way-too-easy way to do it. For me, the ichthys on mine is more of a challenge for me. It reminds me to set that Godly example because with it I have stated that I am a Christian and therefore must set that Godly example.
