They are 21&#8243; in diameter and they&#8217;re starting to crowd my butt. It&#8217;s time to do something.<\/p>\n<div>Not wanting to set myself up for failure, I&#8217;ve decided to do something that I think I can accomplish. Once I&#8217;ve made this into a habit, I&#8217;ll move on to something more ambitious. But I&#8217;m a very lazy person so I figure if I can achieve this, I&#8217;ll be doing good.<\/p>\n<p>I am going to walk for 15 minutes each day. Who can&#8217;t find 15 minutes to take a nice, brisk walk? At 3 MPH (at my weight) I will burn about 45-55 calories for that 15 minutes, which isn&#8217;t really a lot. But it&#8217;s a start.<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>So, can I keep this promise to myself?
