I mean, I was ready to book tickets to New York and put a note in my calendar to buy tickets for the show when they go on sale.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>But then I looked at the artist list and he&#8217;s not actually playing. I&#8217;m sure he&#8217;d be around, but, nah, I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;d really run into him, or if I did, it would be one of those <a href=\"http:\/\/jeniq.blogspot.com\/2007\/03\/my-date-with-david-bowie.html\">30 seconds of panic<\/a>. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>So, no, not for me. But I love how young he looks on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.highlinefestival.com\/home.php\">home page<\/a> &#8211; it&#8217;s the first picture in the montage so if you missed it, try refreshing the page. Isn&#8217;t this just the funniest summation of his career?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Between the late 60s and the mid-70s, he experimented with multi-media, also recording the albums The Man Who Sold The World, Space Oddity, The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane, Diamond Dogs, Station to Station and Young Americans.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>As if recording his albums were an afterthought.
