Tuesday<\/strong> – 15 minutes after work.
Wednesday<\/strong> – I skipped yoga but I did take a 15 minute walk.
Thursday<\/strong> – Mmm, no.
Friday<\/strong> – Nope.
Saturday<\/strong> – No walking. We worked in the yard for a few hours, digging holes and moving dirt. A fair amount of exercise.
