The <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.autobarn.net\/sylvania.html\">Silver Stars<\/a> I use burn out awfully quickly, but I love the way they look and their brightness. Though now I&#8217;m having <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.danielsternlighting.com\/tech\/bulbs\/blue\/good\/good.html\">second thoughts<\/a>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, I borrowed some tools from the AutoZone folks because it requires a decent pair of pliers to get the electrical connector off the old bulb before you can\u00a0switch it out. I have <strong>never<\/strong> had such a difficult time prying the socket off the bulb before. And the pliers they gave me were <strong>crap<\/strong> so that made the job even more difficult.<\/p>\n<p>Look what I did to the bulb before finally working it free. I am so very lucky I didn&#8217;t cause any damage to the shroud or the electrical connector.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/headlight1.jpg\" title=\"Headlight1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/headlight1.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Headlight1\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When I left, however, I was pleased to see this before I drove away.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/headlight21.jpg\" alt=\"Dude\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last night I stopped at AutoZone to get a replacement headlamp.
