At least for me. I didn&#8217;t lift a finger all weekend and it was awesome! Amy and Ali were pretty busy with shopping trips, but they made it home in time for breakfast. <\/p>\n<p>We had coffee and a make-your-own waffle bar with strawberry and blueberry toppings, along with bacon and sausage. Yummy!<br \/>\nThen we sat around the living room and texted other people.<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/sw07.JPG' alt='Texting' \/><\/p>\n<p><img src='http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/sw06.JPG' alt='More Texting' \/><\/p>\n<p>We played with Ian.<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/sw08.JPG' alt='Dave and Ian' \/><\/p>\n<p>And hung out with the cats on the front porch &#8211; it was gorgeous out.<br \/>\n<img src='http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/sw09.JPG' alt='Monica, Linz and Ian' \/><\/p>\n<p>One of the best parts of the trip was getting to try out some of our new baby gifts!! We used the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/2008\/01\/baby-gifts-2\/\">car seat<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/2007\/12\/nursery-updates\/\">Pack and Play<\/a>, and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iheartdavids.com\/blog\/2008\/01\/baby-gifts-2\/\">Jungle Swing<\/a> with Ian.
